1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the user regarding the use of a caravan or camping area at ATA CARAVAN PARK.
2. Scope of Service
- 60–75 m² caravan park space.
- Grey water drain output (Ø50mm).
- Clean water supply free of charge.
- 220V electricity outlet.
- Common use areas.
- 24/7 security personnel.
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
- Park spaces may be side by side or front-to-back; complete privacy is not guaranteed.
3. User Obligations
- Connecting sewage to grey water drains or making multiple connections is prohibited.
- Electricity usage is metered and billed per kW.
- Constructing permanent or semi-permanent structures (e.g. winter gardens, pergolas) is prohibited.
- Connecting high-load electrical devices to the park's panels is prohibited.
- Using high-intensity lighting such as floodlights is prohibited.
- Keeping materials that emit bad odors is prohibited.
- Using devices that produce disturbing noise is prohibited.
- Using equipment that produces excessive smoke, dust, or liquids is prohibited.
- Carrying or using firearms and explosives is prohibited; violations will be reported to law enforcement and the agreement terminated.
- Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited; violations will be reported to law enforcement and the agreement terminated.
- Users may enter/exit with a maximum of 2 vehicles; no guest parking is available.
- Organizing weddings, concerts, or similar events is prohibited.
- Behavior disturbing the majority of residents is prohibited.
- Misusing, damaging, or occupying common areas for extended periods is prohibited.
- Illegal commercial activities are prohibited; violations will be reported to law enforcement.
- Theft or damage to other users' property is prohibited.
- Waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
- Pets must be kept under control; releasing them freely is prohibited.
- Children aged 0–8 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
- Open fires must use grills or camp stoves; direct ground contact is prohibited. Ashes must be extinguished with water before disposal.
- Cutting, pruning, or moving trees and plants is prohibited.
- Users may personalize their space without disrupting the general appearance.
- Upon departure, the area must be returned in the same condition as received.
- The operator is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters or external factors.
- In case of disputes, the operator must be informed first; the operator may terminate the agreement.
- At the end of the rental period, the user must vacate or sign a new agreement.
4. Payment Terms
The user agrees to pay the service fee on the date of the agreement. Failure to pay entitles the operator to suspend services.
5. Responsibilities
- The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to the user's belongings.
- The user is responsible for their belongings, pets, and children aged 0–8.
6. Termination
- The operator may terminate the agreement for rule violations; no refund will be issued.
- In case of unjust termination by Ata Caravan Park, a fee will be calculated based on usage and refunded.
- The user may terminate if the operator fails its obligations; refunds are calculated based on daily or monthly rates.
- In case of unjust termination by the user, no refund will be issued.
7. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force on the date it is signed by both parties.
